Graduated in Milan in Interpreting and Translation, she began her career in the retail sector at REWE Group, where she gained ten years of experience, covering different roles in Italy and abroad in the field of Project & Process Management. In 2015 she joined Lidl Italy in the HR Department, where she was responsible for Internal Communication and all projects dedicated to employee’s welfare and wellbeing. Since 2016 she has been leading the Corporate Affairs team. She deals with the development and protection of the company's reputation through her main areas of responsibility: Corporate Communication, Institutional Relations, Stakeholder Management and CSR, considered by the company to be a strategic business asset.
