Based in Stockholm but born in Italy, I work as Sustainability Impact Controller at H&M Group, where I am responsible for both strategic steering and external reporting for Climate and Nature.
I joined H&M Group Sustainability in 2023, where I have initially worked as Social and Governance Controller, driving internal controls, Due Diligence, social impact strategy and sustainability reporting. Prior to joining Group Sustainability, I gained knowledge of the overall retail value chain as Assortment Controller for H&M HOME.
I hold both a bachelor degree in economics and management for Art, Culture and Communication and a master’s degree in economics for Innovation with a Major in Sustainability Management from Bocconi University in Milan.
I am a passionate sustainability ambassador both professionally and privately. In my spare time, either I play tennis or I enjoy dramatic and improvisation theatre.
