Carlo Tortora Brayda di Belvedere is Founder and CEO of Cyber Eagle, a global public private initiative focused on protecting critical infrastructure through artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and resilient digital ecosystems. He is also Founder and Executive Chairman of the Tortora Brayda Institute for AI and Cybersecurity, an international think tank advancing collaboration between governments, industry, and academia to strengthen digital resilience and responsible AI development.
Mr. Tortora Brayda serves as Global Leader of the Cybersecurity Group within the Forbes Technology Council, contributing thought leadership on AI governance, cybersecurity strategy, and emerging technologies. He is a long standing judge for the United Nations AI for Good Innovation Factory and has supported initiatives aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, including climate innovation programs with agencies such as ITU, UNESCO, FAO, IAEA, and the World Bank.
Previously, he was Chief Executive Officer of Gorilla Corporation, a global technology partner strategy firm that drove billions in revenue growth for leading technology companies. Earlier, he contributed to the World Economic Forum Global Risks work in support of the G20.
He is a Fellow of the British Computer Society, a Chartered Engineer in AI systems, and a Freeman of the City of London.
