-Since 2002 she has worked at COOP Italia soc coop. where over the years she has held various roles and responsibilities and since 2015 she has taken on the role of Head of Sustainability and Value Innovation, today Head of Sustainability reporting directly to the Presidency. In the ESG area, responsibility is focused on the environmental, social and governance sustainability of Coop Italia with all related activities. The Coop brand product, which must be safe, respectful of people and the environment, good, convenient and transparent, is central within the scope of activity.

-Until 2002 she was responsible for Quality Assurance and Quality Control at The Lorenz Bahlsen Snack world Italy, a company of the German group producing and packaging dried fruit in the snack area. Her responsibilities also included R&D activities and international supplier auditing.
