Fabrizio Gavelli is President and Managing Director of Ferrero Commerciale Italia since October 2024. He is leading Ferrero’s growth in the Italian market, ensuring continuous and sustainable progress across the increasingly diverse categories in which the company operates, while strengthening and consolidating its leadership through a robust innovation-driven strategy.
He has over thirty years of experience in the fast-moving consumer goods sector, having held management positions of increasing responsibility in multinational companies such as Procter & Gamble, Reckitt, and Danone.
He worked in several European countries, including Italy, United Kingdom, Slovenia, Croatia, Netherlands and Poland.
During his career in Danone, he held numerous senior leadership roles in Specialized Nutrition and Waters divisions, becoming President and Managing Director of Danone Italy and Greece in 2021, a position he held until 2024.
From 2018 to 2024, he also served as President of Fondazione Istituto Danone Italia.
Fabrizio Gavelli is born in Forlì in 1968.He graduated in Economics and Business Administration at the University of Bologna.
