She begins her experience in marketing and sales working in international environments ranging from Parfums Christian Dior to Adlink Internet Media. In 2008, she landed at Google Italy as the Head of YouTube and Google Display, an experience that successfully positioned the company's video and display offerings in the Italian market. After 5 years, she decided to take on an international challenge as the Director of Google Marketing Platform, Emerging Markets, which led her to develop programmatic business in Russia, the Middle East, Africa, Turkey, and Israel. In June 2019, she had the opportunity to once again focus on YouTube, serving as the Director of YouTube Southern Europe, a role in which she oversees the relationships between the video platform and Italian partners.
