After graduating in economics in 1996 from Luiss, he worked for over 20 years at Procter & Gamble, holding numerous roles in the Finance area both in Italy (CFO from 2012 to 2014) and at the global headquarters in the United States and the European headquarters in Geneva. In 2018, he left P&G to take on the role of CFO at Kiko Milano, a leading company in the Color & Cosmetics market, and in 2022 at Etro, an Italian luxury brand owned 60% by L Catterton, one of the major private equity funds specializing in the sector. Currently, he serves as the CFO at Benetton Group.
