Laura Marchelli is Sustainability Manager of the Mutti Group.

After earning a degree in Environmental Sciences, she began her career at Barilla Group, focusing on environmental management systems.

Over the years, she progressively expanded her expertise and responsibilities, coordinating environmental matters within the Group and gaining significant experience in managing environmental aspects and impacts across the supply chain, reporting, life cycle thinking, communication, training.

She joined Mutti in 2023, where she is responsible for defining and developing the company's sustainability strategy, ensuring its integration across all departments, and coordinating processes and projects throughout the value chain.
